General Order Information
Orders CANNOT be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout.
We will only accept one coupon code per order.
We accept returns of unworn merchandise within 14 days of receiving your item. (See qualifications for returnable items listed below.) All returns are eligible for a store credit only. Returns received past the two week mark will not be accepted and will be sent back at the customers expense. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please include your invoice in your return.
What can be returned?
- Items that are unworn and unwashed with their original tags on them
- Items free of perfume, dog hair, deodorant, cigarette smoke
- Shoes and their original box (Any shoes returned with damaged boxes, stickers and return labels directly on the shoe box are not eligible returns or store credits)
Disclaimer: We make every possible effort to insure our products reflect their true color and sizing through our photography. However, exact color and appearance may vary due to lighting, camera resolutions, ect… These issues are not considered defects and the buyer will be responsible for return shipping and subject to our return policy.
What cannot be returned?
- Items that have been worn or washed
- Items that smell of perfume or cigarette smoke
- Items with dog hair or deodorant
- Body Suits and Bralettes
- Clearance or Sale Items (Any merchandise marked down 25% or more)
- Holiday Items
- Accessories (Hats, Jewelry, Sunglasses, ect…)
Due to a constantly changing inventory we are unable to guarantee an exchange for your merchandise. You are welcome to request an exchange however if the item is no longer available a store credit will be issued.

How do I get store credit?
Store credit will be issued as a gift card via email, and will expire after six months.
If you receive a damaged or defective item please send photo of damage to our office at email@example.com within 3 days of receiving the merchandise. If we do not receive proper notification within three days of items being received you will lose the opportunity to return or replace the item.
All damages and or claims are required to be reported prior to wear and within the three-day time table.
